From Hanoi, Vietnam: A ring suspected of stealing and reselling cats for meat has been busted. Twelve men were arrested, including the alleged leader, 39-year-old Luu Thanh Binh. The network is believed to have stolen and resold around 2,700 cats.

The suspects allegedly operated at night, riding motorcycles through neighborhoods to hunt for cats. They would trap between four to 10 cats each night and sell them for meat. Binh is said to have bought the stolen cats and kept them at a facility before reselling them.
