The city of St. Paul has started clearing its largest homeless encampment. Cleanup efforts began on August 4, with residents required to leave the area by August 5.

This encampment, located at Pig's Eye Regional Park, is home to around 140 people. The clearance is part of a broader plan by St. Paul Mayor Kaohly Her's administration to clear encampments across the city.

Further details on the plan, including the timeline for closing other encampments, are available from the city.
