A damp and mainly cloudy Saturday is forecast for the Minneapolis area. Scattered showers are expected this afternoon, with isolated storms possible this evening. High temperatures will reach the low 80s in the metro, with clouds dominating the sky.

A cold front will push through overnight, bringing drier air by Sunday. This will lead to plenty of sunshine and high temperatures again in the low 80s on Sunday afternoon. Further details on the weather forecast, including the next chance of rainfall, are available from KSTP 5 Eyewitness News.

The station reports that another weather system will move in Monday night into early Tuesday, but additional information can be found on their website.
