A plane carrying U.S. Rep. Tom Tiffany made an emergency water landing after losing power.
Tiffany, who is Wisconsin's Republican nominee for governor, was aboard the plane with a pilot when it landed in Lake Wausau. Both occupants got out of the plane as it started to sink and were eventually rescued by boat. Tiffany reported that he and the pilot suffered minor injuries.
